Also located nearby is Ash Creek Open Space for those visitors who are interested in launching their boats. Facilities include: access pier, food concession, handicapped access, picnic area, bathrooms, bird and wildlife, fishing, swimming and skate park. Contact Town of Fairfield for fee schedule and resident and non resident day passes. Beach Stickers are on sale at the Recreation Department at 75 Mill Plain Road, Fairfield. From October 1 - March 31, Jennings is the place to enjoy the beach with your pet as dogs and horses are allowed access. Jennings Beach is free and open to the public, however from Memorial Day Saturday to Labor Day a beach sticker is required to park in the lot. From 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM, vehicles without a beach sticker must pay a daily parking fee of $20.00 on Weekdays and $50.00 on Weekends & Holidays at the gate. Parking fees will be collected at the gate until 9:30pm on Family Movie Nights.
