10 Woodside Lane, Westport, CT 06880. Phone: 203-227-7253.

Buoyancy is when an object neither floats nor sinks in water. An object that is negative buoyant sinks while an object that floats is positive buoyant. We will try to make an egg sink and then the same egg float without changing the egg. We will explore objects that sink, float, and are truly buoyant. After we have witnessed this we will experiment with play dough to make it sink, float and be buoyant.
