Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the award-winning worldwide smash hit Broadway musical, is coming to Stamford, CT as part of The Palace's Theatre Series. Produced by NETworks Presentations, this elaborate theatrical production will come to life on stage at The Palace on October 30th and 31st at 7:30pm and 11am. Come one hour early for the preshow party! Celebrate Halloween by walking the red carpet in costumes, pose with your favorite character cut-outs, and enjoy fun Beauty and the Beast activities and crafts.

1 p.m. Catch the spirit of Halloween as we explore the resting places for a number of late great New Canaanites. Based on the book by local author Patricia Brook's, "Where The Bodies Are", the event will start with a van ride and walk through Lakeview Cemetery with tour guide Patricia Funt Oxman, followed by cider and doughnuts, and a talk by author Patricia Brooks back at the Historical Society. It would be a grave omission to miss this fun event! Tickets are $20 Reservations required

Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk Hosts Aqua-Scarium on Halloween Day

The Maritime Aquarium will transform into an Aqua-Scarium on Halloween Day, offering free admission for each child who comes in costume with each paying adult. (Examples: 1 child with 1 paying adult, the child gets in free. 2 children with 1 paying adult, 1 of the kids gets in free. 2 kids with 2 paying adults, both kids get in free.) PLUS, Marvel Comics' officially licensed Spider-Man will be here that day from 11 to 3. PLUS, we'll be decorated for Halloween, and there will be safe trick-or-treating, crafts, face-painting, other special guests and more. (While we're calling ourselves the Aqua-Scarium that day, it will all be family friendly for even the youngest guests.)
