On Sunday October 27th from 11am-2pm at the Stratford Animal Control Facility. The shelter has recently been inundated with a higher than usual amount of abandoned cats. Adoption fees have been waived for qualified adopters. All cats have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for disease and microchipped. Grab a map and head off in search of different "treats" at the trick or treating stations around Heckscher Farm. See what Dakota the Clydesdale, Big Sis the pig, our calves Moose and Monty, or our new little piglets have to offer. Then, celebrate all things creepy and crawly at our annual "Ick-Fest" at Overbrook Nature Center building. Visit our snakes, tarantulas, lizards, worms and other animals!
