1-3 pm. A drop-in program designed for children aged 4 and up and their families. Participants will explore simple science concepts and subjects while partaking in fun, kid-friendly experiments, projects and crafts inspired by the Museum's collections and exhibitions. This program is free with general admission and no advance registration is required. Join us for a closer look as we sketch the fine, zoomed in details of seashells, bugs, plants and more using a digital microscope, our cell phone camera lens, and magnifying glasses. This program is inspired by our newest science exhibition, Nikon Small World, which features the top 20 award-winning photographs and additional honorable mentions in Nikon's 2016 Photomicrography Competition.

Pei, and Deborah Berke, among others. The screening will be followed by a conversation between Anderton and Kogonada as well as a light reception.

A video microscope and touch tank on board enhance observations.
