Fred Elser First Sunday Science Series at the Seaside Center. Ospreys. Producer and filmmaker Jacob Steinberg will show segments of his new feature-length documentary Osprey. Incorporating the latest in high-frame-rate equipment, infrared, drone aerials, underwater and time-lapse photography, the film combines state-of-the-art technology with compelling storytelling to bring the remarkable drama of a life-long pair of ospreys from Greenwich, Connecticut, to the screen. In addition, Genevieve Nuttall will talk about Connecticut Audubon Society's Osprey Nation, a citizen-science program designed to monitor the health of our state's ospreys, and engage volunteers who would like to participate.
