Friday · 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm · $50. In this workshop we will use two different techniques to enhance glass. In the first we will etch on the glass using stencils. In the second we will use chalk paint to make "labeled" storage jars. Bring your glass vase, mason jars, glasses or container you would like to enhance. Recycled glass is welcome. No experience is necessary and the results also make the start of nice gifts or holiday decorations.

Fairfield Christmas Tree Lighting

Choirs begin at 5:55 PM and Santa arrives at 7:00 PM. The occasion that truly kicks off the holiday season in Fairfield is the lighting of the Christmas tree on the Town Hall Green. Gather with your family and countdown as we light the 90-foot tall Norway spruce, the tallest living tree that gets lit at Christmas time in Connecticut. It was one of three trees donated by the Daughters of the American Revolution in December 1918.
