Jones Farm Hosts Farm-To-Table Cooking Class--Japanese Serenity

On April 18, 2015 at the Jones Family Farm a Farm-To-Table class entitled Japanese Serenity will be held from 12 to 3PM in the Harvest Kitchen.  Season foods are the focus showing how fresh ingredients make for healthier and delicious meals.  Classes are limited to 12 participants.  The sessions are relaxes and informal, a mix of demonstrations and hands-on activities suitable for beginners as well as experienced cooks.  Students take home their aprons and copies of nourishing recipes.  Class tend to fill up quickly.  Check the website for further information.
