A Christmas House Tour - Monroe Historical Society

The Monroe Historical Society is getting ready for our Christmas House tour of 5 beautifully decorated homes. The date for the event is on Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 4pm until 8pm. We have 4 historical homes this year as well as a newer colonial, a victorian, and a late 1940s home. Each homeowner decorates for the Christmas holiday that suites their style. Tickets are $20 from November 30th until December 14th, $25 for tickets if purchased the day of the tour. Tickets for the House tour will be available at the school house during the hours listed below. Tickets may also be purchased at Monroe Town hall located at 7 Fan Hill Road, next to the Edith Wheeler Memorial Libraryas well as Country Hearts located on route 25 in Monnroe. Each ticketholder will recieve a phamplet with a description of the homes as well as a map. The tour is self guided, as you may begin at whichever home you would  like. In addition to touring each home, our "guests" will recieve a handmade ornament which is complimentary to each home. Christmas Fair hours; Friday, November 30     5pm-8:30pm.
